Finnish Sauna
Saunas are a time tested, evidence backed, and ages old health practice proven to reduce high blood pressure, inflammation, and stress. Our saunas are refined by years of expertise and built out of the finest materials to ensure a product we can be proud of that will bring you or your clientele years of health and relaxation.
Aufguss
Aufguss, German for “infusion” is a multi-sensory sauna ritual, utilizing heat, sound, and smell to create a space perfectly suited to maximize and harness the benefits of a traditional sauna. These unique experiences, controlled and curated by a trained Aufgussmeister, provide an artisanal experience unlike anything else in the wellness space.
Infrared Sauna
A relative newcomer on the scene, these saunas use infrared heaters to fill the space with a gentle, radiant heat that deeply penetrates muscle and skin to soothe the aches and pains different experiences may not address. Due to the style of heating unique to this experience, it’s perfectly suited for the elderly or those with conditions not suited to the high heat of a traditional Finnish sauna.
Steam Rooms
Hammam
Hammams, known commonly in the west as Turkish Baths, are a traditional Moroccan steam room with over 2000 years of ingrained history and culture. The ritual begins with dressing down to light garments, before progressing through a number of rooms specially designed to heal the body and calm the mind. Hammams are truly unmatched as a holistic wellness experience, earning it’s spot as one of the most exciting imports to the West for a long while.
Steam Room
Steam rooms are high temperature, high humidity rooms that promote wellbeing and health through wet heat as opposed to the dry heat of a traditional sauna. The high heat and moisture of the room promotes healthy circulation, fights inflammation, and helps manage congestion. The steam can also be infused with various therapeutic compounds, essential oils, or minerals to further enhance the healing properties of the room.
Wellness
Salt Room
Salt rooms are a newer form of treatment that is especially helpful for those with respiratory issues, but also promotes healthy skin, a healthy immune system, and stress reduction. The therapy takes place in a specially climate controlled room that circulates salt particles through the air to emulate the environment of natural salt caves.
Ice Room
A recent evolution of Whole-Body Cryotherapy, ice rooms provide many of the same benefits. These rooms aid in inflammation reduction, post-workout recovery, and improved circulation, along with the added benefit of promoting vascular dilation in the lungs as a result of breathing in the cold air, a benefit that is difficult to achieve with other approaches.
